This project in Gloucester involved a complete transformation, as the customer wanted both a modern bathroom renovation and the installation of a full central heating system. With no existing central heating, we designed and installed an energy-efficient LPG-fuelled combination boiler, providing a reliable heating solution for the entire home. Radiators were fitted throughout the property, significantly improving warmth and comfort, while underfloor heating was added to the bathroom for a touch of luxury.

The bathroom itself posed a challenge due to its limited space and poor condition, requiring us to strip it back to brick to start fresh. As part of the redesign, we removed the obsolete hot water cylinder and relocated the internal soil stack externally, opening up the space and allowing for a more functional layout. Our 5D design helped the customer visualise the transformation before we brought it to life with high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship.

To complete the renovation, we installed full-height tiles around the bath and half-height tiles across the rest of the room, creating a sleek and durable finish. A bespoke, custom-made vanity unit was fitted to maximise storage while complementing the modern aesthetic. Additional finishing touches included an LED anti-mist mirror and recessed spotlights, adding both practicality and style. The result was a beautifully upgraded bathroom paired with a brand-new, efficient heating system—enhancing both the comfort and value of the home.
