This bespoke loft bathroom renovation in Cirencester required creative problem-solving to overcome the challenges of limited head height and tricky angles. With a full rip-out of the existing space, we carefully planned the new layout with the customer to ensure both functionality and a seamless fit within the unique shape of the loft. The first fix for soil and waste pipes was particularly complex, but through strategic placement of appliances, we maximised both space and practicality for the customer.

Once the groundwork was complete, we replastered the entire bathroom to create a smooth, high-quality finish before installing modern spotlights for a bright and welcoming atmosphere. A concealed W/C was fitted to enhance the sleek, uncluttered design, while a luxurious freestanding bath became a standout feature of the space. For the shower area, we collaborated with Unique Glass Solutions to design and install a bespoke shower enclosure and panel, perfectly tailored to the loft’s unique dimensions.

To complete the transformation, the customer chose Karndean loose lay flooring, ensuring a stylish yet durable finish, and tiled the shower area along with backsplashes for the basin and toilet to add both practicality and visual appeal. While on-site, we also upgraded the customer's combination boiler to a more energy-efficient model, improving the home's overall heating performance. The end result was a beautifully designed and expertly crafted loft bathroom that combined bespoke design with everyday functionality.
